When we don’t talk

In this article I discuss the links between farming and mental health issues, mainly depression and anxiety.  I am exposing these issues and my own personal experiences because I believe they need to be talked about in order to sustain a new and necessary generation of farmers in our country and beyond.   I have incredible privilege to be farming in North America and to be speaking about this.  I hope it helps start a meaningful conversation around farming and mental health!
